How to Order
Finding Items:
Placing an order at WholesaleAutoPlates.com is easy. There is no
need to create an account. You will need to browse or search for the
item(s) you would like to order. A keyword search box is located on the
top right; look for the Search picture. When you find an item that
interests you, click on its picture or description to go to the product
detail page. On the product detail page you will see a larger picture of
the license plate or frame and a product description.
Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart:
When you are ready to purchase an item, click the "Add To Shopping Cart"
button. Items will be added to your shopping cart. You can access the
contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking the "View Cart"
picture on the top of every page of our Web site.
Proceed to Checkout:
Please take a moment to review the item(s) you've placed in your
Shopping Cart. This is where you can update the quantity of your item(s)
or empty your cart completely. Click the "Check Out" button. This will
take you a secure checkout page.
One-page Check Out process:
Please enter your First and Last Name, E-mail address, full address
and phone number in case we need to contact you in regard to your order.
Proceed to step 2 for your shipping address followed by step 3 where we
will ask you what shipping method you would like to select. The last
step is selecting your payment method followed by a "Review and Confirm'
and that is it.
Payment Method:
Let us know how you would like to pay for your order. We accept
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, UPS COD or check/money
orders. If you are paying with a credit card, please enter the number
without spaces or dashes. If you are paying with PayPal you will be
redirected to your invoice and after clicking the "Pay Now!" button you
will be redirected to the PayPal Web site.
Order Confirmation:
Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail.
Your order confirmation number will show and we ask you to take note of
it. You can review the status of your order by going to the Customer
Service page and enter the confirmation number that was given to you.
We will send you another e-mail including your UPS tracking number at
the time of shipment.
