Shipping Policy
We ship all orders out the same day if the items are in stock in our warehouse. Shipping charges are based upon the amount of your whole order rather than the weight on the package. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, UPS 3rd Day or UPS 2nd Day within the continental US. Please call us for UPS Next Day or if you prefer another UPS shipping method. Domestic orders are processed same day and shipped Monday though Friday. Upon the shipping of your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail and a UPS tracking number. Standard UPS Ground packages are delivered within 3 to 7 business days of date of shipping. All packages are shipped from Tucson, AZ to your location.
Our UPS flat-rate shipping option is to allow our wholesale customers a quick checkout process without the hassle of follow-up shipping quotes. We DO NOT profit from the flat rate shipping table in any way. If you feel that your online shipping calculation was miscalculated, please feel free to contact customer service at 800-365-7233 for a standard shipping quote. Below are the rate tables for the various shipping options that we provide. We ship across the United States and Canada.
